Data policy
What we do and do not do with your information. In short: your payment details never pass through this site, and your address is held by whoever delivers your order, not by us.
The short version
We never see, handle or store your card details. When you pay, you leave this site and the charge happens inside the payment gateway: Wompi in Colombia, Stripe in the United States. They are the ones who receive and protect that information. We only connect you to them.
This site does not keep your name, address or phone number on any server of ours either. We have no customer database.
What happens when you buy
The shipping details you type travel from your browser to the payment gateway. They stay there, because that is who processes the charge and prepares the dispatch.
When the gateway confirms the payment, it sends us a notice. That notice carries only the order reference, the amount, the currency and whether the payment was approved. It does not carry your name, your email or your address.
To ship your order we look those details up in the gateway's dashboard. We do not copy them anywhere else.
What does get recorded
Your cart lives in your own browser, not on our servers. Clear your browser data and it is gone. It never reaches us until you decide to pay.
We keep two preferences of yours, also in your browser: the language you chose and whether you prefer the light or dark theme. They save you from choosing again and they identify nobody.
Like any site on the internet, the server that hosts it logs visits: IP address, date and page requested. It is a technical log used to run and protect the site, kept by our hosting provider for a limited time, and we do not use it to profile anyone.
We use no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. There is no third-party analytics installed.
Invoicing
Colombian law requires electronic invoicing on consumer sales. Our invoicing provider receives the details needed to issue it and keeps them for the period tax rules establish. That is a legal obligation, not a commercial decision of ours, and it happens outside this site.
Your rights
Law 1581 of 2012 gives you the right to know, update and correct your data, to ask for proof of the authorisation you gave, to be told how it is used, to complain to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, and to withdraw authorisation or ask for deletion where it applies.
Since this site does not keep your data, most of those requests are resolved with the payment gateway, which is who holds it. Write to us and we will tell you exactly where to go and walk you through it.
How to reach us
By email or WhatsApp, at the details in the footer of this page. We answer every question about personal data.
Changes
If we change how data is handled, we change this text the same day and update the date above. We do not publish promises here that the site does not keep.
